Jotform doesn’t target a specific industry, as long as you need to create online forms, Jotform is a handy option, especially when you work in a team, want to accept payments, prevent spam (Captcha), multi-lingual forms, and allow scheduling meetings.
How easy is Jotform to use?
It’s nice to see that Jotform offers a forever free plan, although it’s a bit limited. Its interface may not look the most elegant – but don’t let it deter you. It’s easy to get around and complete your tasks without having to go through endless menus and options.
The quickest and simplest way to create a form is to choose a template and then use the drag-and-drop editor to place blocks where you need them to be.
The available blocks and elements cover all the basics and more. Jotform also provides form widgets with which you can add e-signatures, checklists, take a photo, and more. Even with the many features, settings, and customisation options, it never feels tedious or overwhelming. On the contrary, even creating a complex form from scratch takes only a couple of minutes. It also automatically saves your progress.

Until now, I’ve not encountered a gallery as large and versatile as Jotform’s. The templates are available on free and paid plans.
